Isle of Jura 12YO The Bay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 1ltr (ABV 44%) spanish brandyJura The Bay is initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held the 15 year old Pedro Ximnez sherry. This whisky is characterised by flavours of figs, gingerbread and raisins, combined with a burst of sweet liquorice on the finish. Nose Toffee apple and sweet spice. Palate Raisins, fig, ginger spice and a burst of sweet liquorice.
